Customization Approach

The customization process involves about a half day from the client contact(s), working with PCD at your site, to provide custom content for your seminar. PCD uses your website, marketing materials, and internal publications to obtain as much as possible of the custom content. For a few specific items, such as department names and project outlines, you email documents to PCD. You then review and approve the customized course manual and collateral materials.

Your Logo, Colors, and Format
Your customized 175-page course manual shows your logo, your color scheme, and the course name you specify on the binder front cover, back cover, and spine. Your logo and course name appear in the page footer of each page.

Your Organization, Business, and Environment
Your content is integrated seamlessly into the course manual and the workshop materials with your:

  • Pre-identified projects used for team class projects
  • Product methodology as an optional template for projects
  • Previous project outlines as examples
  • Product names integrated into the course kickoff exercise
  • Geographic site location names
  • Organization structure
  • Stakeholder departments referenced in context
  • Internal/external partners referenced in context
  • Internal forms (example: change control)
  • Industry groups and regulators referenced in context
