Project Management Workshop Description

Scope
This course is delivered as a 3-day or a 2-day workshop. The course develops knowledge and skills on the concepts, tools, and techniques of project management. It prepares participants to manage a program, project, or subproject. The target audience consists of program and project managers, task owners, core team members, and managers from stakeholder groups.

Teams of 3 to 6 participants create project plans for several of your projects. In workshops and exercises, teams use tools and techniques such as Work Breakdown Structure, Network Diagram, Gantt Chart, and Risk Management to define, plan, organize, control, and close their projects.
